Start at the last station of the subway U3 at Hohemark - Cross Hohemarkstraße at the traffic light - information board - route uphill to the right, along the water works- the former turbine house - Trout Creek/Trenches - water inlet fom Ursel creek - Steinbogenbridge (Kaiserin-Friedrich-Bridge) - to the left a bit upwards - in 50 m again to the left - water storage - to the right following the route uphill (extended Friedlaender Street) - Emminghaus-Huette (rest) - 50 m back, turn right to Steinbacher Hauptweg - Entenweiher (biotope), Franzoseneck (French corner), Ravenstein-Huette - crossway of Steinbacher Holzweg, Kohlenweges and other forest aisles, e.g. hiking trail Hohemark-Frankfurt/Nordweststadt with the destination Kronberg/Falkenstein - further straight ahead crossing the bridge ober B 455 - about 500 m turn left until Uhlandruhe - now at crossing of the round tour Oberursel Bahnhof - Großer Feldberg-Weilburg - to the right below is Rote Born - to the left in the forest Custine entrenchment - follow Hauptweg and cross Altkoenigstraße - at the cross roads you find Foerster-Krieger Eiche - turn right at the fitness trail until you reach the former Schillerturm - back to Altkoenigstraße along the forest's lodge to the Klinik Hohemark - turn right downhill to the subway station U3.
