Starting point of the tour is the "modern part" of town, not far from today´s city hall in Korfstrasse.
The historic route leads by the old hospital (1), hospital church (2), through Strackgasse to the local historical museum (3) and town´s archive (4). Pass the arch of the "historical city hall" (5) and walk through Ursula alley (6) (7) (8) to St. Ursula church. On the way, you will pass the remainings of the town wall (9) (10) and nicely decorated timbered houses (11). From St. Ursula´s tower (14) you enjoy the fabulous view of the area and surroundings.
Following the "Hexentreppchen" (witches steps) (13) you visit the Herrenmuehle (master´s mill) (14), one of the most significant mills in Oberursel.
Passing the "Bleiche" district walking down Hainstrasse and Wiederholtstrasse you will get to historical market square (15) (16). On the way back you see the town´s library and then return via Eppsteiner Strasse (17), Ackergasse (18), Schlenker- and Weidengasse (19) to Strackgasse (20).
